Step 01
Consultancy
At the initial stage of the consultancy process, packaging specialists meet with customers to analyze requirements in detail. Key factors such as product protection level, transportation conditions, product geometry, foldability of the packaging, durability, ergonomics, and future usage scenarios are evaluated to define the project scope.
Step 02
Design
During the design phase, we prepare technical drawings digitally based on customer requirements. We can work on existing designs or develop innovative, tailor-made solutions. Throughout this process, we focus on durability, efficiency, and cost optimization, offering multiple design alternatives when needed.
Step 03
Prototype
After completing the technical drawings, we bring the design to life during the prototype phase. Based on calculated parameters and selected materials, we produce a sample prototype in the shortest possible time.
Step 04
Testing
We test the produced prototype in our R&D department, together with any parts or samples provided by the customer. After testing, the prototype is sent to the customer for evaluation within their own production process. Based on the feedback received, improvements can be made before moving to mass production.
Step 05
Quotation and Approval
Based on the data obtained during the customer’s testing process and cost analyses, we present our price quotation. Following the customer’s approval of both the quotation and the prototype via email, the product is taken into mass production.
Step 06
Production
In line with the agreements made with the customer and the defined delivery timelines, we plan the production and proceed to mass production as quickly as possible. Throughout the production process, we maintain continuous communication with the customer and provide regular updates.
Step 07
Delivery
We carry out the shipment of the products on the scheduled delivery date. According to customer requirements, products are palletized and loaded as requested, while all necessary precautions are taken to ensure damage-free delivery.

Customer Satisfaction
We always prioritize customer satisfaction. Even after project completion, we maintain continuous communication with our customers, providing prompt support whenever needed.
