Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Concrete Printing Technology, Our Processes, and Our Services
Different sales models can be evaluated according to the project and customer needs. It is recommended to contact us for detailed information.
Production capacity depends on the system model, print volume, and product geometry. Different production scenarios are possible, from small-scale elements to modular parts. Mass production can be carried out in line with planning.
The return on investment period depends on the area of use, production volume, and product type. The elimination of mold costs and the shortening of production time accelerate the cost balance in many applications. Detailed analysis is performed on a project basis.
Yes. Confabric systems are produced in accordance with export standards. Installation and technical support processes can be planned in accordance with international projects.
Yes. Upon request, a demo study or project-based sample production can be performed.
The systems are suitable for municipalities and public institutions, universities and research centers, architecture and engineering offices, landscape and urban design firms, and R&D and prototyping-oriented organizations.
Yes. The systems are compatible with standard file formats obtained from common modeling software.
The systems are designed for industrial use. They do not require complex maintenance other than regular cleaning and periodic checks. All systems are under a 2-year warranty. Technical support and remote fault detection services are provided during the warranty period.
Yes. User training is provided after installation. Remote technical support can be provided via Wi-Fi and camera infrastructure.
Depending on the system configuration, installation and commissioning processes are generally completed within 1 day.
No. The systems operate with a user-friendly interface. Thanks to pre-defined print profiles, complex adjustments are not required. Safe use is possible after a short training. In advanced projects, an experienced operator can increase production efficiency.
Yes. Thanks to the digital design and additive manufacturing approach, special geometries that are difficult or costly with traditional methods can be produced directly.
Production time varies depending on the size and geometry of the product. Since there is no mold preparation process, it is significantly shorter compared to traditional methods. For example, a standard concrete seating element can be produced in approximately 15–20 minutes with appropriate parameters.
Premix mortars suitable for 3D concrete printing are used. Confabric systems are designed to work with our own developed mortars, as well as project-based or commercially available suitable materials.
The systems can be used in different application areas such as urban furniture (benches, flowerpots, boundary elements), modular wall and partition systems, special geometry facade panels, and project-based special concrete parts.
It reduces preparation time and labor costs by eliminating the need for molds. Design changes can be quickly reflected in production. The production process is carried out in a more controlled and planned manner.
3D concrete printing technology is an additive manufacturing method that enables the layered production of concrete or special mortars without the use of molds. Digital design data is transferred directly to production, and the material is shaped layer by layer in a controlled manner.
